Corrosion/antifreeze agent G12+ (concentrate)
G12+ coolant is a further development of classic antifreeze agents and offers reliable year-round protection for cooling systems. It prevents frost damage, provides effective protection against corrosion and deposits, and ensures optimum heat transfer.
Mixing ratio:
1:1 with water → frost protection down to –36 °C
1:2 with water → frost protection down to –20 °C
Technical properties:
Hybrid OAT technology (low silicate content)
Colour: pink/purple
Protection for aluminium and mixed metal engines
Longer service life than classic coolants
Miscible with G11 and G12
Differences to G11 and G12
G11 (until approx. 1996): Contains silicate, green/blue, classic antifreeze for older vehicles, offers solid but temporary corrosion protection.
G12 (from approx. 1996): Silicate-free (OAT technology), red/pink, modern long-term protection especially for aluminium and light metal engines, not miscible with G11.
G12+ (from approx. 2001): Advanced hybrid OAT technology, pink/purple, miscible with G11 and G12, offers improved and universal long-term protection.
