    Carburettor kit, Weber, 32/34 DMTL – VW Golf 1 & Co (instead of Pierburg 2E, 1.6 litre, manual transmission)

    Compact carburettor replacement kit for classic VWs with 1.6 litre engine and 4/5-speed manual transmission: Instead of the problematic Pierburg 2E carburettor, a Weber DMTL 32/34 with manual choke is installed – installation usually takes about an hour. The original air filter housing can continue to be used; for some engine codes (e.g. PN/2EE), the intake manifold needs to be replaced. The kit provides a simple, robust solution for better mixture formation and more reliable engine running.

     

    OE/OEM reference: replaces Pierburg 2E carburettors (e.g. Pierburg 2E/2E2).

    Suitable for: VW Caddy, Golf 1 (1974-1983), Golf 1 Cabrio (1979-1993), Golf 2 (1983-1992), Jetta 1/2, Scirocco 1/2 with 1.6 litre engine.

Weber 32/34 DMTL statt Pieburg 2E2 >Vergaser auf RF Motor

Klasse Vergaser! Ultra einfach im Umbau! KAT Luftventil habe ich einfach weggelassen..
Läuft hervorragend.
Es wäre nur schön eine kurze Beschreibung zwecks Leerlauf und Gemisch Korrektur (Einstellmöglichkeiten) bei zubekommen für die fein Justage.
Sehr zu empfehlen!
