Auch der Golf 2 vom Typ 19E, das am häufigsten gebaute Auto der 1980er und frühen 1990er Jahre, darf wie sein Bruder Jetta heute schon stolz das H-Kennzeichen tragen. Dank werterhaltenden Maßnahmen des Werkes (Wachsflutung der gesamten Rohkarosse, Radhausschalen, Nahtabdichtung und nicht zu aufwändiger Mechanik)haben auch über 30 Jahre nach Produktionseinstellung noch zahlreiche Golf 2 überlebt.

Damit das auch so bleibt, kümmern wir uns natürlich auch um die Ersatzteilversorgung der Nummer Zwei aus der Generation Golf und seine Geschwister. Denn auch hier gibt es längst nicht mehr alles beim Händler um die Ecke.

Tatsächlich kommt beim Golf 2 noch einiges dazu, was es beim Golf 1 noch nicht gab: Neue Benziner mit Vierventiltechnik und auch die weiterentwickeltenTurbodieselmotoren. Darüber hinaus waren beim Golf 2 erstmals Extras wie Zentralverriegelung, Servolenkung, Sitzheizung und Allradantrieb zu haben. Eng wird es bei elektronischen Komponenten wie zum Beispiel den Leiterplatten der Instrumente. Doch auch hier sind wir natürlich bemüht eine Lösung zu finden.
